To secure your appointment, a 20% deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit ensures your spot is reserved and allows us to dedicate the necessary time and resources for your service.

A deposit is required to confirm all appointments for the following reasons:
✔️ Secures Your Booking – Ensures your spot is reserved and prevents no-shows.
✔️ Prepares for Your Service – Allows us to allocate the necessary time, products, and resources for your vehicle.
✔️ Respects Our Time & Other Clients – Last-minute cancellations impact our schedule and other customers who may have wanted that appointment.
📌 Deposit Terms & Conditions:
✔️ Non-Refundable – All deposits are non-refundable once paid.
✔️ Rescheduling Policy – You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior to your booking without losing your deposit.
✔️ Late Rescheduling or No-Shows – If you request to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment or fail to show up, a new deposit will be required to make another booking.
✔️ Extenuating Circumstances – We understand that emergencies happen. If you have a valid reason for rescheduling within 24 hours, please contact us as soon as possible, and we may allow a one-time transfer of your deposit.
